This Flock-1 image, taken on 3 September 2016, shows the Cuban capital city, Havana.
You can clearly see the different schools of thought regarding urban development as time has progressed.
To the right of the image, narrow streets and small plazas within Havana's historic quarter (which is a UNESCO World Heritage site) established during the 16th century vie for space with the wider, tree-lined avenues of the Vedado business district to the left the image. This part of the city was constructed much later, in the 20th century.
