Kilauea's Pu‘u O‘o Crater started erupting on January 3, 1983, and hasn't stopped since.

This PlanetScope image shows the crater itself, emitting a vaporous plume of volcanic gases in the upper left, and a vigorous steam plume more than two miles away, where lava enters the sea.
