Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso
The Flock-1 constellation artfully captured Ouagadougou, the capital city of Burkina Faso on 23 October 2016 in this stunning image.
It is the country's largest city, with a population of 1.6 million residents. The city's name is often shortened to Ouaga.
Towards the left-hand side of the picture, note the city's international airport. Burkina Faso is a landlocked country, but Ouagadougou is also linked by rail to the port of Abidjan in the Ivory Coast.
Ouagadougou was the site of a grand market, which was one of the biggest and liveliest markets in West Africa, but unfortunately it burned in 2003. The market has since been reopened.
